The answer lies in increasing the amount of Istighfar. This is the first time it sounds like this: "O Messenger of God, I have no children."

Imam Ahmed said in a hadeeth that Allah, Who is abundant, resolves all the sorrows in his heart and expands chest pain and abundance of food in an unexpected direction.

This is the Prophet's way of multiplying: increasing istighfar and sadaqah. But we cannot assume that people who have no children offer istighfar and sadaqah, or people with many children are experts in istighfar and sadaqah.
