Measuring your bra size requires two things.
- Measure your body circumference
- measuring cup
Body circumference measurement
Measure your body circumference in inches, under the bust, specifically at the rib cage (number 1 in the image above). If the resulting size.
- Add 4 inches for even numbers
- For odd numbers, add 5 inches.
Example 1:-
Body size 28, so bra 32. (28+4=32). << Add 4 because 28 are even numbers
Example 2:-
Body size 29, so bra 34. (29+5=34). << Add 5 because the number 29 is even
Cup Size (cup)
Measure the circumference of the body in front of the chest, which is the most prominent part of the nipple (number 2 in the photo). Estimate the difference from the body circumference figure created earlier. Choose a cup based on the size difference below:
1 inch difference = cup size
2 inch difference = B cup size
3 inch difference = C cup size
4 inch difference = D cup size
For example:
Body wrap size = 28
Chest circumference = 31
So the difference is 3 inches (31-28) >> C cup
One last example.
Body Wrap Size (Figure 1) >> 28
Chest size (Figure 2) >> 32
The bra sizes are:
Spiral >> 28 + 4 = 32 (plus 4 because 28 is an even number)
Cup Size >> Measure Chest Circumference - Measure Body Circumference = 32-28 = 4 >> Cup D
