Exercises that can be used for cesarean section surgery
1. Start exercising on the first day after use. Here are the suggested exercises:
- Do breathing exercises
- Cough for recovery appeared - appeared
- Calf exercises and persimmons
2. On the second day of the defense, the exercises are done slowly and carefully in comfortable conditions on the bed.
Shinpat abdominal exercise
- Pinch the stomach and relax 5 times in one session 3 times a day.
Pelvic muscle contraction (Kegel exercises)
- While holding a key, contract your pelvic floor muscles, feel your pelvic floor muscles contract and hold for 5 seconds and relax - 10 times per session, 3 times a day.
Pernaphagian exercise
- Take a deep breath and slowly exhale 5 times.
- Repeat every hour after waking up in the morning for the first 2 days.
- This purpose is to cleanse the lungs and overcome various problems.
Cough
- Sit forward with both knees bent and support the injured area with a pillow. (photo by Ruyuk)
- Inhale, hold and cough deeply
- Repeat 3 times
- The purpose of this is to get the sputum out of the respiratory system.
Khaki gymnastics
- Move both feet in a circle. Repeat 10 times. (see image below)
- Alternately bend and straighten your knees. Repeat 10 times.
- This exercise aims to improve blood circulation.
Types of gymnastics that should be avoided as much as possible after use
- Take both of the two persimmons
- Sit straight from the resting position
- Jump
