Tips Bantu Anak Jadi Ceria & Positif
Here are some ideas we can try to help kids be happy and positive.

1. Thank you

A good and easy way to teach children to think more positively is to develop gratitude. Ask your children each day to name 3 things they are grateful for. Pick a consistent time to share this gratitude with each other (after evening prayers, for example while waiting for dinner time) and repeat it for 21 days to make it a habit. Bedtime prayers can also be used as a ritual of gratitude. Research shows that these simple rituals can benefit the brain and help reinforce good, positive memories from time to time.



2. Smile

A smile tattooed on the lips has the magic of lifting our mood and expectations. When we see someone smiling, the neurons in our brain receive an intimate signal and tell our brain to smile. This promotion will bring joy to everyone around us. Teach children to smile easily by always smiling at them.



3. Journal

Encourage the children to take at least two minutes each day to write down the positive experiences they had that day. Our brains cannot distinguish between imagining and actual experience, so writing down the positive experiences you've had is doubly positive.



4. The lion

15 minutes maximum per day to do fun activities together such as playing badminton, playing basketball together, playing shoes, etc. This fun 15-minute routine is not only good for your physical health, but it's also great for reducing your risk of dealing with stress and depression.
